Bad Birdie continues to lower the bar with their customer service. My first order autofilled an old address. I immediately emailed them and they said sorry there’s nothing they can do as the items already shipped, yet they could not provide a tracking number. My second order was from their warehouse sale. All items were subpar and I wanted to return all of them. Bad birdie would not allow me to return, stating they were all final sale, which was never stated on my order (I even paid extra for “easy returns”). They NEVER responded to my emails for help. Absolutely horrible customer experiences. 0 stars. Beware of the corruption.
