What is Bad Rewards?
Bad Rewards is our loyalty program. You can unlock exclusive perks and earn points as you shop. Each tier brings more benefits. A free account is required to join.
How do I create an account?

How do I earn points?
You earn points as you shop. You can also earn additional points by completing the items listed under "Ways To Earn".
How do I redeem my points?
Redeeming points is simple. At checkout, you'll be able to apply your points towards your purchase.
Can I use my points during a sale?
Yes! You can use these at any times, much like a gift card, or alternative payment method.
If I cancel my order or return my order, do my points get returned?
Yes, any points given for a purchase will also be returned.
What are the tiers?
Bad Rewards has 3 tiers. Your tier is based on your spend in a 12 month period. The higher the tier, the better the benefits.
Birdie: $0-$175
Eagle: $175-$350
Albatross: $350+
Can I lose my tier?
Once you advance into a higher tier, you will remain in that tier for 12 months from the date you advanced.
Can I refer a friend?
Yes. For each successful referral, you and your friend both get 15% off your next purchase.
Are there any exclusions to the Complimentary Polo?
Your Complimentary Polo is valid for most of the polos on our store. We do reserve the right to exclude certain products, such as limited inventory releases and collaborations.
Does this work for international orders?
At this time, this is only applicable to US and Canada, however, we are expanding soon! Keep an eye out!
