Before we dig into Tiger's Hall of Fame speech, wanted to shout out one of the coolest golf-related collections I've seen. AJ Voelpel at Good Boy Originals collected golf pencils for each of Tiger's wins.

Yes, Tiger's cover was completely blown open on Wednesday when his daughter Sam exposed The Goat as a superhero superfan during her introduction speech.
“I mean, how can a guy who still FaceTimes his friends to discuss Marvel and DC timelines and who goes to Comic-Con dressed as Batman be one of the greatest golfers that ever lived?”
And he's been leaving us breadcrumbs the whole damn time...
I wonder what he thinks of R-Pat stepping into the latest installment?

Sneaky good TPC Sawgrass content from... Morgan Stanley??

In honor of The Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass this week, figured we'd sneak a few fun facts into the mix.
But perhaps the "funnest" fact of all is that I sourced the content for this block entirely from a Morgan Stanley SEO content marketing piece. Hmm, content marketing does work!
My Top 3 Takeaways
1) Pete Dye (aka my most hated golf course designer due to my own inability to play the game of golf consistently...) tagged in a herd of goats to help manicure TPC Sawgrass back in the 80's. re: goats around the course, Pete Davison (not Davidson, I googled... I got you, Kanye) said "It smelled like a zoo." Now THAT'S ambience, folks!
2) Since 2003, Justin Rose (a Morgan Stanley brand ambassador) is the only player to make eagles on holes 12 and 16 in the same round. Plus, for every eagle made during THE PLAYERS, Morgan Stanley will donate 1,500 books to children in need. (Oh, I see what Morgan Stanley's doing with this listicle now...)
3) Most shocking is that then-PGA TOUR Commissioner Deane Beaman purchased TPC Sawgrass' 415 acres of land in 1978... for ONE DOLLAR! Move over, McChicken—there's a new best value in town.
On a completely un-related note, I now wonder if I should be doing my investing exclusively through Morgan Stanley...
