In honor of the PGA Tour actually giving us something different this week at the Dell Match Play event—it got us thinking about what other wild formats they should try.
#3 - THREE CLUB CHALLENGE
There is one thing we know after every PGA tour season... these guys are good. BUT we wouldn't mind watching the pros try to think outside the box with a three club challenge one weekend.
Every pro gets three clubs of their choosing to carry around with them. No bags, just a fist full of clubs. How good ARE these guys?

#2 - SPEED GOLF
Sorry, Harry Higgs, but a weekend of speed golf would finally show us who the best athletes on tour truly are. It'd be like the Waste Management caddy races, only better because we get some golf to watch too.

#1 - DERBY / HORSE RACE
Absolute, heart-pumping thrill ride of an idea. Imagine 19 of the world's best teeing off, knowing that at the end of the day, only one man is left standing.
For those who don't know, Derby is an absolute bananas format where the player with the highest score on each hole is eliminated. If everyone ties, everyone moves on. If several people tie for worst score, they all get bounced.
I don't know who I have to beg, but it's the format that PGA fans deserve.

WHICH PGA PRO GOT INTO NFTS THIS WEEK?

Filmed in what could be the dressing room of a Brooks Brothers, Bryson happily informed us this week that he was auctioning off NFTs featuring signed digital trading cards of himself.
Oh, well it must've been for charity, you ask.
No, Bryson answered.
Granted, I still have little to no idea what an NFT actually is or how someone can own a digital file but still allow it to be copied, pasted and screenshotted... but hey, here we are.

The pros descended upon Austin, TX this weekend and for those who haven't been—Austin is an absolute riot. BBQ, Bars and plenty of riverside/lakeside loungin' for the boys.
This behemoth sleeps 45 (aka a front nine shotgun start) on 10 acres of land AND it's just an easy little 9 iron away from a private boat dock and cove right on Lake Travis.
