This giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Bad Birdie Golf, ResortPass, and JSX (collectively, the “Sponsors”).

Eligibility:
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of the Sponsors and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Promotion Period:
The Promotion begins on January 17, 2026 at 9:30AM ET and ends on January 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter:
To enter during the Promotion Period:

  1. Follow @badbirdiegolf, @resortpass, and @flyjsx on Instagram.

  2. Like the giveaway post.

  3. Tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post (each comment counts as one (1) entry).

  4. Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story for five (5) bonus entries (profile must be public at time of entry).

Limit one (1) Story bonus per person. Unlimited comment entries permitted. No purchase necessary.

Prize:
 One (1) winner will receive:

  • Two (2) tickets to the WM Phoenix Open (16th Skybox) on Wednesday, February 4, 2026.

  • Two (2) round-trip JSX flight credits (routing subject to JSX availability and policies).

  • Two (2) ResortPass pool or spa credits valued at $250+ each.

  • One (1) private Bad Birdie shopping experience at the Kierland Commons store with $250+ in merchandise per person

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,000+. Prize elements are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be substituted except at Sponsor discretion.

Winner Selection & Notification:
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about January 21, 2026. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message from @resortpass. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize or an alternate winner may be selected.

Travel & Scheduling:
Flight redemption is subject to JSX’s terms, conditions, availability, and blackout dates. Winner is responsible for coordinating flight scheduling directly with JSX after winner confirmation. No hotel accommodations are included. All other expenses not expressly listed are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Taxes:
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt or use.

Publicity:
By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsors permission to use their name, Instagram handle, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Release & Limitation of Liability:
By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsors, Instagram, and their respective affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize use.
