Returns will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase if items are unwashed, unworn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact. 

All returns must be processed through our return portal where you will be given a return authorization number, without that we are not able to accept it. Bad Birdie will provide a free return label on returns. Shipping costs are not refundable.

To assure merchandise and processing orders as quickly as possible we are not able to offer exchanges, and instead ask that you place a new order while we process your return for the item(s).

We are not able to process returns for items purchased outside of the Bad Birdie online store. We recommend handling the return through the original place of purchase or exchanging the item to the original place of purchase and placing a new order on our website.

For international returns, customers are responsible for all charges related to returning products to Bad Birdie and will need to email support@badbirdiegolf.com before returning any product.
