Returns and exchanges are accepted within 45 days of the original purchase date, provided that items are unwashed, unworn, and in new condition with all original components and tags intact.

To initiate a return, please use our 
returns portal to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please note that returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.If you have purchased the free returns add-on at checkout, you can obtain a return label free of charge through our partnership with Redo.

The Redo cost covers shipping, exchanges, and store credit returns for the order it is attached to. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Returns for items purchased outside of the Bad Birdie online store cannot be processed through our system.

We recommend handling the return through the original place of purchase or exchanging the item there and placing a new order on our website. Please also be advised that items purchased prior to a sale date are not eligible for price difference refunds. 
Please note that all Archive sales, Warehouse sales, and other sale items are non-returnable and marked as final sale. These items cannot be exchanged or returned under our standard return policy.
