Returns + Exchanges

We have a 100% fit guarantee*. If it doesn't fit you perfectly, send it back and we'll get you the right size. We cover all shipping costs on returns/exchanges within the U.S.A.

Returns/Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase if items are unwashed, unworn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact. All returns must be accompanied by a valid order number and /or return authorization number.

We are not able to process returns or exchanges for items purchased outside of the Bad Birdie online store. We recommend handling the return through the original place of purchase or exchanging the item to the original place of purchase and placing a new order on our website.

For international returns/exchanges, customers are responsible for all charges related to returning products to Bad Birdie and will need to email support@badbirdiegolf.com before returning any product.
