Returns/exchanges will be accepted within 45 days of the order delivery date if items are unwashed, unworn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact.
All returns must be processed through our returns portal where you will be given a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, without that we are not able to accept it. Bad Birdie has partnered with Narvar to provide you a return label free! Shipping costs are not refundable.
We are not able to process returns for items purchased outside of the Bad Birdie online store. We recommend handling the return through the original place of purchase or exchanging the item to the original place of purchase and placing a new order on our website. Please also take note that all items purchased prior to a sale date are not eligible for refund of pricing difference.
Please note that all Archive sales, Warehouse sales and other sale items are non-returnable. These items are marked as final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned under our normal return policy.
