Shipping Policy

At Bad Birdie, we're committed to ensuring you receive your eagerly anticipated gear as swiftly as possible. Our dedicated fulfillment team works diligently to dispatch packages within 24 - 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is on its way, the delivery timeframe is contingent upon your chosen shipping method:

Upon placing your order, you'll receive an email containing tracking information after the initial 24-48 hour fulfillment period. Please be aware that once the carrier takes possession of the shipment, we cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays, or lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

In the event that a package is returned to Bad Birdie as "Return To Sender" due to an inaccurate shipping address, a $10 Return To Sender Fee will apply. This fee covers the costs associated with reshipment. Our customer support representative will promptly notify you of the return, reconfirm the delivery address, and invoice the Return To Sender Fee. Payments can be conveniently made through the original payment method. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth delivery process.
