Returns and Exchange Process

Have a return and not sure how to use the return system? Look no further because your guide to processing the return or exchange can be found below:

Step 1
  • Visit our Returns Center 
Step 2
  • You will need your order number and email address for the order lookup
Step 3
  • After pressing "Find My Order", select the item(s) that you wish to return or exchange
Step 4
  • Select your return/exchange reasons, follow the prompts, and leave your product feedback in the required field
Step 5
  • Press next and select your shipping method for the return
Step 6
  • Press the next button and select whether you would like to shop now with your credit or if you would like to receive a refund
Step 7
  • Choose your refund method
Step 8
  • Review and submit your return

Have a return and not sure what you need to do to get the items ready for shipping? No worries, We've got you covered! Check out the instructions below:

Step 1
  • Locate your QR code that was sent to your email address that you used on the original order
Step 2
  • Gather the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging. Feel free to use the original box or polybag
Step 3
  • Bring the item(s) to the drop-off location that you selected. You can find this location and the address in the email address you received or on the return confirmation screen

Note that returns or exchanges are accepted only for products purchased directly from Bad Birdie Golf via our website, official Bad Birdie Golf App, or Bad Birdie retail locations. For items bought through third-party retailers, please contact them directly as we do not accept these returns.

***DO NOT GROUP MULTIPLE RETURN ORDERS INTO ONE BOX. Please separate them and use the label provided for each return/item. If you group the items, it will cause a delay in processing your return.***
