How do I know which size I am?
To figure out your best fit, go ahead and fill out the "Find my Fit" tab located in every product description!
If you are still unsure, we recommend to size up as we tend to have more of an athletic fit!
Why can’t I find items in my size?
We are doing our best to keep up with the demand, but always planning the next restock or drop with the goal to keep you all best dressed out on the course!
Do you restock your shirts?
While we do our best to make sure our website reflects exactly what’s stored in our inventory, we continue to restock our best sellers, all others are a limited drop so make sure you grab them while you can! If you’d like to confirm whether a specific item is available, or if it will be restocked, please contact our customer support.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
When an order is placed it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center where they work effortlessly to make sure those orders get out in a timely manner! Because of this it is hard to adjust orders once they are placed. If your order must be changed or cancelled, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will do our best to fulfill your request.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We are excited for you to receive your items, our fulfillment center is working hard to process orders as quickly as possible. Please allow orders 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to be processed and shipped. After your order has been shipped, delivery time is based on your selected shipping method: Ground shipping 4-7 business days, Priority shipping 3 days, and International shipping 5-10 business days.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email notification with tracking info. Note that we cannot be responsible for delays in shipping once picked up by the carrier.
Any packages shipped back to Bad Birdie as a Return To Sender due to an incorrect shipping address will be subject to a $10 Return To Sender Fee to cover reshipment costs. The customer will be notified of said return by a customer support representative, the delivery address will be re-confirmed, and the Return To Sender Fee will be invoiced and be made payable through the original payment method.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking information or can log into your account here. Or you could just use a range finder.
Do you ship internationally?
Greetings from the USA! Good news, we do offer international shipping, wohoo!* We just ask that you are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or fees. Let me know if you need any additional assistance and most importantly, happy shopping!
In the event that you would need to return your item, we would just like you to be aware that we do not offer free returns on international orders and ask that you email us directly at ‘email@example.com’ before proceeding.

Returns and Refunds
How do I return/exchange my item?
Have a return/exchange? Not a problem! All returns/exchanges are processed through our online portal. To begin, please have your order number associated with the order ready and click here.
What is your return policy?
Returns/exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase if items are unwashed, unworn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact.
All returns must be processed through our return portal where you will be given a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, without that we are not able to accept it. Bad Birdie will provide a free return label on returns. Shipping costs are not refundable.
We are not able to process returns for items purchased outside of the Bad Birdie online store. We recommend handling the return through the original place of purchase or exchanging the item to the original place of purchase and placing a new order on our website.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Your return will be processed 24-48 hours once the package has been delivered back to us (excluding weekends and holidays). You will also receive an email confirmation, please reach out to email@example.com if you do not.
