By clicking “Join” (or otherwise activating your affiliate code or link), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as updated from time-to-time.

Quick‑Glance Summary

Who can join? Any Bad Birdie customer, fan, or approved creator who’s at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and has a valid PayPal or bank account.
How do you earn? Share the personal discount code or tracking link that Social Snowball gives you. When someone places a qualifying order with your code or link, you earn a commission on the net sale value (after discounts, returns, shipping, and taxes).
Commission rates — Standard affiliates earn 10% of net sales. Creators/Influencers get a custom rate confirmed in writing when they join or upgrade a tier.
Payout timing — Commissions clear 30 days after the order ships.
Content rights — Anything you post featuring Bad Birdie and your code or link can be reshared or repurposed by us (see § 8).
Key rules — Always use FTC disclosures (“#ad”, “#BadBirdiePartner”). Sales driven by any paid ads (search, social, display, etc.) do not earn commission. No coupon‑site spam, bidding on “Bad Birdie”, or misleading claims. Keep content respectful.
Opt‑out anytime — Leave via your Social Snowball dashboard or email support@badbirdiegolf.com.

1. Enrollment & Acceptance

We reserve the right to approve, refuse, or revoke enrollment at our sole discretion.

2. How Tracking Works

Your SafeLink from Social Snowball is the golden ticket. Only purchases through this specific link count toward your commission - no exceptions, no mulligans.

Each link carries a 14-day cookie (think of it as your friend's commitment window)
No self-referrals allowed (nice try, but we're onto that trick shot)
Commission applies to your friend's first purchase only (one and done, folks)
For best results, make sure your crew clicks directly on your SafeLink before they stock up on Bad Birdie gear. Any other path to purchase and those credits won't find their way to your account.

3. Commission & Payouts

Rates
- Standard affiliates – 10% of net merchandise value.
- Creators/Influencers – custom rate set in writing at enrollment or campaign launch.
Clearing period — 30 days after shipment (returns, cancellations, or fraud reduce earnings).
Payment method — Will be determined at the time you sign up.
Taxes — You’re an independent contractor. We’ll issue Form 1099‑NEC if required; you handle your own filings.

4. Promotional Guidelines

Brand integrity — Use current logos, colors, and product names; do not alter them.
Messaging tone — Fun, playful, inclusive; no profanity or derogatory language.
Coupon/deal sites — Posting codes publicly is prohibited unless we grant written approval.
Paid media & search — You may not run paid search, social, display, retargeting, or any other paid advertising with your code or link. Orders generated via paid ads earn zero commission and may lead to removal.
Email & SMS — Only send to opt‑in lists and include an unsubscribe link.
No spam — Zero tolerance for spam, bots, or comment flooding tactics.

5. Compliance & Disclosures

Follow FTC 16 CFR § 255 guidelines. Example: “I partner with Bad Birdie—use my code NAME10 for 10 % off!”

6. Prohibited Content

No illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or infringing content. Violations may result in immediate termination.

7. License to Use Your Content

By tagging @badbirdiegolf, using #BadBirdie, or otherwise sharing affiliate content, you grant Bad Birdie a worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual license to repost, share, and edit that content across our marketing channels. You retain ownership and may request future removals with reasonable notice.

8. Term & Termination

These Terms remain in effect until either party terminates. We may pause or close accounts for inactivity (90 days with no sales), breaches, or brand‑reputation risks. Eligible unpaid commissions will still be paid.

9. Program Changes

We may update rates, policies, or these Terms. We’ll notify you at least seven (7) days in advance by email or via your Social Snowball dashboard. Continued participation after that date constitutes acceptance.

10. Liability & Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bad Birdie and its employees from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of our IP. We provide the Program “as‑is” with no warranties; our maximum liability equals commissions owed but unpaid.
