Hat is cute, however the hat arrived completely bent and misshaped. Not sure how to fix it, need to send these type of hats in better packaging. This is not a packable hat, its more rigid. Disappointed to have bought a hat that is warped.

The pictures make it look like the top of the hat is stiff but it's very floppy and doesn't stand up on its own. It also arrives completely flattened which leaves wrinkles all over the top of the hat. Wish it looked like it does in the pictures...very disappointed with this hat.
