Regarding orders with incorrect address details, we strive to fulfill all orders immediately, which means we're unable to make changes to address information once the order is placed.
That said, we did respond to your concerns and offered several options to help resolve the situation, including the refund we processed for the order with the incorrect address and the refund processed for the returns plan.
